Culture : Phytosanitary control.

Wine making and ageing : Pneumatic pressing. Fermentation on fine lees in oak barrels with regular stirring. Bottling after ageing of 18 months in tank and a light clarification.

Tasting and service : Light yellow color. Pleasant wine revealing a fine and aromatic nose. Ample and generous in mouth with a fresh final on white fruits notes (peach) . Service between ,12° to 14°. An easy-drinking wine for aperitif or with shellfishes.
