Tasting and service : Cherry colour, with grenat reflection. Intense note of red fruit in the nose. Intense nose, notes of red fruit and spices. Round and supple mouth, on the fruit, the round tannins, and balanced.Service between 12 and 14 ° on a squab roasted in almonds.
